Your tracking number can be found on your
dispatch note that will have been sent to you immediately after
your item was dispatched. This information will also have been
provided to you if you requested us to text you when your order
was dispatched.
Why has my order not yet arrived?
Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day and
most UK orders are received the next working day. However if you
have not yet received your order it could be down to either:
a). The service you requested your goods were dispatched by.
b). The location the goods are being sent to.
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Service is guaranteed to be with
you before 1pm the following working day. Occasionally heavy or
large items are sent via an alternative courier. If this is the
case the item may be delivered at any point during the next
working day up to 5pm.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery & International Recorded Delivery
do not have any guaranteed delivery date. UK items are usually
received within 1 - 3 working days and International deliveries
usually take 3 - 5 working days.

Why is there a problem with my reference number?
From time to time we do occasionally experience problems
regarding tracking numbers. Unfortunately it is unlikely we will
be able to obtain any more information than you. This problem is
most likely to be caused by:
a). The tracking number was not scanned in at the Royal Mail
sorting office.
b). The tracking number has been damaged / come off the item.
c). The item is lost.
How long does delivery usually take?
As stated throughout the site the only service that we guarantee
your order to be with you by the next working day is Next Day
Delivery. Most UK orders are received within 1 - 3 working days
and international orders are often received within 3 - 5 working
days. Although approximately 98% of all orders are delivered
within these timescales we must point out that Royal Mail will
not class an item as "lost" until 15 working days has past.
Why was I not given a tracking number?
Orders sent via standard delivery or airmail are not sent via a
trackable service.
