Set the digital alarm clock as normal using the buttons and then wait for your wake up call with a twist. When the alarm goes off, you have to lift the dumbbell 30 times to stop it.


		You can watch your total count down from 30 in the LCD display. Perfect for all of you muscle heads! And if you ever feel like a break just switch the Dumbbell Alarm Clock from exercise to normal mode and give your muscles a rest.
